into. Greek. eis, as above, but the texts omit, probably because of the difficulty of the expression; but eis may be rendered "at", as in Act_8:40; Act_18:22; Act_20:14-16, &c., the gifts of the Spirit being regarded as a fountain. Compare Joh_4:14.
