men. Greek. anthropos. App-123. The Hebrew would be adam, while the Authorized Version text of Amo_9:12 is Edom (Hebr. edom), but the consonants are the same, and the only difference is in the pointing. That adam, not Edom, is right can hardly be questioned, or James would not have used it.
