for ever. App-151. a. i.e. for the (coming) age, the Messianic reign. The priesthood ends when He delivers up the kingdom. See 1Co_15:24. Compare Rev_21:22. In the "day of God" succeeding, there will be no Temple (Rev_21:22), therefore neither "priest" nor "offerings".
