For all this, &c. Compare the Reference to Pent, in the fivefold consequence of Isa_5:25; Isa_9:12, Isa_9:17, Isa_9:21; Isa_10:4, with the fivefold cause in Lev_26:14, Lev_26:18, Lev_26:21, Lev_26:24, Lev_26:28.
stretched out still = remains stretched out. Same word as "stretched forth (above) in judgment". Reference to Pentateuch (Exo_6:6. Deu_4:34; Deu_5:15; Deu_7:19; Deu_9:29; Deu_11:2; Deu_26:8).
