Psa_19:8; Psa_24:4; Psa_73:1, &c); hence corn winnowed and cleansed (Gen_41:35, Gen_41:49. Psa_65:13. Pro_11:26. Joe_2:24, &c); (2) the ground, or open field (Job_39:4), because bare and clean.
