This Chapter Verse Commentaries:
the Wisdom of God. This is Christ Himself; for in Mat_23:34 this is exactly what He did say. It is not a quotation from the O.T., or any apocryphal book. I will send, &c. This He did, in and during the dispensation of the Acts. Compare Mat_22:1-7.
