This Chapter Verse Commentaries:
a mouth and wisdom. Note the Figure of speech Hendiadys (App-6) = a mouth, yea, a wise mouth. Mouth, too, put by Figure of speech Metonymy (of Adjunct), App-6, for what is spoken by it. Compare Exo_4:11, Exo_4:12. Jer_1:9. Isa_6:7.
