have robbed = are defrauding.

offerings = heave offerings. Literally, in the tithe and the heave offering. Hebrew. trumah. App-43. Not the same word as in verses: Mal_3:3, Mal_3:4, Mal_3:10, Mal_1:11, Mal_1:13; Mal_2:12, Mal_2:13.
