moved = agitated. Same word as "quake" (Mat_27:51) and "shake" (Mat_28:4. Heb_12:26. Rev_6:13).
Who is This? The city was evidently taken by surprise at this first entry; but the second entry (Mar_11:1-11. Luk_19:29-44) was known, and the people "met Him" (Joh_12:18), hence, there was no surprise.
