Epistolary aorist. Tychicus carried the letter.

He might know your estate (γνῷ τὰ περὶ ὑμῶν)

The correct reading is γνῶτε τὰ περὶ ἡμῶν ye might know the things about us, or our estate. Compare Eph 6:21.
