If I come (ean elthō). Third class condition, supposable case (aorist subjunctive).
What shall I profit you (ti humas ōphelēsō). Two accusatives with this verb (see note on 1Co 13:3).
Unless I speak (ean mē lalēsō). Second condition (also third class) with the one conclusion (cf. 1Ti 2:5).
