Must (dei). Present necessity corresponding to the old necessity (edei) about Judas (Act 1:16). This sentence in Act 1:21, Act 1:22 begins with dei.

That (hōi). Locative case of the relative attracted to the case of the antecedent.

Went in and went out (eisēlthen kai exēlthen). Constative aorist active.

With us (eph' hēmas).

Over us, the margin has it. But the full phrase would be eph' hēmas kai aph' hēmōn. He came to us and went from us (Knowling).
