This Chapter Verse Commentaries:

On the morrow (tēi epaurion). Locative case of the article with hēmerāi understood (epaurion, adverb, tomorrow). Festus lost no time for the chief men had come down with him.

Sat on the judgment seat (kathisas epi tou bēmatos). A legal formality to give weight to the decision. Ingressive aorist active participle. For this use of bēma for judgment seat, see Mat 27:19, Joh 19:13, Act 12:21, Act 18:12, Act 25:10. Same phrase repeated in Act 25:17.

To be brought (achthēnai). First aorist passive infinitive of agō after ekeleusen (commanded). Same words repeated in Act 25:17 by Festus.
