I exceedingly fear and quake (ekphobos eimi kai entromos). “I am terrified (ekphobos, late compound like ekphobeō, to frighten, Mar 9:6) and trembling” (entromos, late compound like entremō, to tremble at, as in Act 7:32; Act 16:29). Ekphobos is quoted from Deu 9:19.
