This Chapter Verse Commentaries:
That they may have my joy fulfilled in themselves (hina echōsin tēn charan tēn emēn peplērōmenēn en heautois). Purpose clause with present active subjunctive of echō, “that they may keep on having Christ’s joy in their faithfulness realized in themselves.” Peplērōmenēn is the perfect passive participle of plēroō in the predicate position.
