At midnight (mesonuktiou). Genitive of time.
And say to him (kai eipēi autōi). This is the deliberative subjunctive, but it is preceded by two future indicatives that are deliberative also (hexei, poreusetai).
Lend me (chrēson moi). First aorist active imperative second singular. Lend me now. From kichrēmi, an old verb, to lend as a matter of friendly interest as opposed to daneizō, to lend on interest as a business. Only here in the N.T.
