Workers at home (oikourgous). So the oldest MSS. (from oikos, ergou) instead of oikourous, keepers at home (from koiso, ouros, keeper). Rare word, found in Soranus, a medical writer, Field says. Cf. 1Ti 5:13. â€œKeepers at homeâ€ are usually â€œworkers at home.â€
