(See ARARAT.) The name in Hebrew, translated Armenia from (Har-Mini), "the mountains of Minni" equatzs to Minyas, in the upper valley of the Murad-su branch of the Euphrates. Togarmah is the name of the race, the Armenians referring their own origin to Thorgomass or Tiorgarmah. In its trading in "carriage horses, riding horses and mules" (so the Heb.), for which Armenia is still famous, as well as for the keenness of its traffickers, is mentioned.
