Preface to the e-Sword Edition
The text has been changed slightly from the print edition. Scripture references have been better formatted for electronic presentation in e-Sword. Some unclear scripture references have been made more specific to reference the actual book chapter: verse rather than expecting the reader to deduce the chapter or book from the context of the text. Because Evans uses bold and italics effectively, his use of bold and italics have been preserved and remain unchanged. In the one instance where we found a mistake in the original, a bracket description [] was inserted noting the mistake.
