1Th 5:6. [28] ΚΑῚ ΝΉΦΩΜΕΝ, and let us be sober) This denotes the state, ἀνανήφω, ἘΚΝΉΦΩ, the act, 2Ti 2:26; 1Co 15:34.-ΝΉΦΩ is a milder term.
[28] Καὶ οὐ μὴ ἐκφύγωσι, and they shall not escape) how anxiously soever they might desire it.-V. g.
