Luk 16:26. Καὶ, and) An argument drawn from the impossibility of the case.-ἐπὶ) This accumulates fresh reasons for rejecting his request. Comp. ἐπὶ, ch. Luk 3:20 [“Herod added this yet to (Engl. Ver. above) all,” ἐπὶ πᾶσιν, and ch.
