Luk 21:11. Φόβητρά τε καὶ σημεῖα, both fearful sights and signs) A Hendiadys.[222] These seem to have been in the lower region of the sky. Comp. with this, Luk 21:25, where greater signs are represented as about to follow. Not all prodigies are to be despised. See Josephus again.
