He feared a sedition.-λέγων, κ.τ.λ., saying, etc.) A protestation contrary to fact.-δικαίου, righteous) Pilate adopted this word from his wife’s warning; Mat 27:19.-ὑμεῖς ὄψεσθε, see ye to it) As the Jews said to Judas, so Pilate says to the Jews.
