Php 4:16. Καὶ ἅπαξ καὶ δὶς) Δὶς, an ordinal member in this passage; i.e. not once and twice, which would be equivalent to thrice, but once and again, so that under δὶς, twice, ἅπαξ, once, is comprehended. So 1Th 2:18.
