Rom 15:28. Ἐπιτελέσας καὶ σφραγισάμενος) Words nearly related to each other, 2Ki 22:4, וְיַתֵּס אֶת־הַכֶּסֶף, LXX., καὶ σφράγισον τὸ ἀργύριον, and seal the silver.
