11 Whereas angels, which are greater in power and might, bring not railing accusation against them before the Lord.
Ver. 11. Which are greater in power] viz. Than the mightiest monarch, Dan_10:20, and are therefore called principalities and powers, 1Pe_3:22. Mighty ones, Isa_10:34. See 2Th_1:7; Exo_12:23-27 2Sa_24:15; 2Ki_19:35. This is all for our comfort, they being our guardians. See my Common Place of Angels.
