22 But it is happened unto them according to the true proverb, The dog is turned to his own vomit again; and the sow that was washed to her wallowing in the mire.



Ver. 22. The dog is turned] Proverbia haec sunt Canonica, quae Christiano nauseam commoverent. God will spew out apostates for ever, teaching them how they should have spewed out their sin.
