2Sa_13:10 And Amnon said unto Tamar, Bring the meat into the chamber, that I may eat of thine hand. And Tamar took the cakes which she had made, and brought [them] into the chamber to Amnon her brother.
Ver. 10. That I may eat of thine hand.] This he pretended; but he had more mind to feed on those murdering morsels of iniquity, which nourish not, but rend and consume the belly that receiveth them; as being sauced and spiced with the bitter wrath of God, as Job_20:23.
