30 And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth all men every where to repent:
Ver. 30. God winked at] Regarded not. God accounted the times of paganism before Christ (for all their knowledge), even times of ignorance, and looked over or beyond them (as the word õðåñéäùí here signifieth), having respect only to the times of Christianity.
