12 For it is a shame even to speak of those things which are done of them in secret.



Ver. 12. For it is a shame] Sit honos auribus. Which are done of them in secret] Sin secretly committed shall be strangely discovered, either by the sinner himself, as Judas, or by his companions in evil. When the solder is once melted, this glass will fall in pieces, and all will come out.
