Exo_19:13 There shall not an hand touch it, but he shall surely be stoned, or shot through; whether [it be] beast or man, it shall not live: when the trumpet soundeth long, they shall come up to the mount.
Ver. 13. They shall come up to the mount,] i.e., To the bottom of the mount, to the foot thereof. {Exo_19:17} {See Trapp on "Heb_12:20"} "The way of life is above to the wise," saith Solomon. {Pro_15:24} As Moses was with God in the mount, when the people were below in the valley.
