Exo_19:23 And Moses said unto the LORD, The people cannot come up to mount Sinai: for thou chargedst us, saying, Set bounds about the mount, and sanctify it.
Ver. 23. The people cannot come up,] i.e., Siquid ego aut capio, aut sapio, they cannot: that which I know not teach thou me.
