This Chapter Verse Commentaries:

Exo_4:10 And Moses said unto the LORD, O my Lord, I [am] not eloquent, neither heretofore, nor since thou hast spoken unto thy servant: but I [am] slow of speech, and of a slow tongue.

Ver. 10. I am not eloquent.] Heb., A man of words, a master of speech - çãïõìåíïò ëïãïõ - as Paul was. {Act_14:12} He had not that first, second, and third of an orator, - elocution, or pronunciation. And yet God made choice of him rather than of eloquent Aaron to pray. {Exo_17:12} Not gifts but graces prevail in prayer.

Slow of speech.] Of a letsom delivery; wordbound.
