Exo_8:19 Then the magicians said unto Pharaoh, This [is] the finger of God: and Pharaoh’s heart was hardened, and he hearkened not unto them; as the LORD had said.
Ver. 19. This is the finger of God.] An act of omnipotency, as Luk_11:20 Psa_8:3. "The heavens are the work of God’s fingers." Deus disponit membra pulicis et culicis, saith Augustine.
