Ezr_1:11 All the vessels of gold and of silver [were] five thousand and four hundred. All [these] did Sheshbazzar bring up with [them of] the captivity that were brought up from Babylon unto Jerusalem.

Ver. 11. All the vessels of gold and of silver] Those best of metals, and therefore fittest for his use and service who is good, Psa_106:1, better, Psa_108:9, best, Php_1:23, goodness itself, Mat_19:17. Whose great purse is the earth, with all that is either on it or in it, Psa_24:1; whose great storehouse are the stars and planets, the sun especially making these metals, and causing plenty, Deu_28:12.
