Isa_30:25 And there shall be upon every high mountain, and upon every high hill, rivers [and] streams of waters in the day of the great slaughter, when the towers fall.
Ver. 25. Rivers and streams of waters.] To moisten them and make them fertile.
When the towers fall] i.e., Sennacherib’s great princes, who were as towers and bulwarks.
