Isa_44:26 That confirmeth the word of his servant, and performeth the counsel of his messengers; that saith to Jerusalem, Thou shalt be inhabited; and to the cities of Judah, Ye shall be built, and I will raise up the decayed places thereof:
Ver. 26. That confirmeth the word of his servant,] i.e., Of myself and other prophets, saying the same with me.
That saith to Jerusalem.] Who then shall gainsay it? Is not God’s word his will, and his will his work?
