Isa_52:9 Break forth into joy, sing together, ye waste places of Jerusalem: for the LORD hath comforted his people, he hath redeemed Jerusalem.

Ver. 9. Break forth into joy.] This is the subject matter of gospel ministers’ discourses: they shall call upon God’s people to rejoice, {Isa_52:9-10} and to repent, {Isa_52:11-12} and shall show them that it is as well a sin not to rejoice as not to repent.
