Jer_31:14 And I will satiate the soul of the priests with fatness, and my people shall be satisfied with my goodness, saith the LORD.
Ver. 14. And I will satiate the soul of the priests with fatness,] i.e., Provide liberally for my ministers; {Isa_66:21} they and theirs shall be well maintained. Terms taken from the good and fat parts of the sacrifices, which were allotted for the priests.
