33 Then Pilate entered into the judgment hall again, and called Jesus, and said unto him, Art thou the King of the Jews?



Ver. 33. Entered into the judgment hall again] For without, among the people, there was nothing but clamour and confusion; much like to that regnum Cyclopum, ubi ïõäåéò ïõäåí ïõäåíïò áêïõåé . Pilate therefore retires himself into the palace, that he might more sedately set himself to sift the business.
