11 Verily, verily, I say unto thee, We speak that we do know, and testify that we have seen; and ye receive not our witness.



Ver. 11. Ye receive not our witness] Our Saviour joins himself with the prophets (whose writings Nicodenms had read so negligently), and takes it for a dishonour that he should have written for men the great things of his law, and they continue strangers thereto, Hos_8:12.
