Lev_7:9 And all the meat offering that is baken in the oven, and all that is dressed in the fryingpan, and in the pan, shall be the priest’s that offereth it.
Ver. 9. And all the meat offering.] Which seems to be so called, partly because it went as meat unto the priest - the labourer is surely worthy of his meat, - but {Mat_10:10} principally as leading to Christ, whose "flesh is meat indeed." {Joh_6:55}
