28 And in nothing terrified by your adversaries: which is to them an evident token of perdition, but to you of salvation, and that of God.



Ver. 28. And in nothing terrified] ðñõñïìåíïé . A metaphor from horses, when they tremble and are sorely frightened. He that feareth God need fear none else, Psa_3:6-7. But with the horse in Job_39:22, he mocketh at fear, and is not frightened; neither turneth he back from the sword.
