Pro_11:11 By the blessing of the upright the city is exalted: but it is overthrown by the mouth of the wicked.
Ver. 11. By the blessing of the upright the city is exalted.] This is given in as a reason of that public joy in the welfare of the just, because they are of public spirits, and will by their good deeds, good doctrines, good counsels, and good prayers, promote the public good to their utmost.
