Pro_24:17 Rejoice not when thine enemy falleth, and let not thine heart be glad when he stumbleth:

Ver. 17. Rejoice not when thine enemy falleth.] If thou dost, it is a sure sign of devilish hatred - åðé÷áéñåêáêéá being the devil’s disease - what goodwill, innocence, or ignoscency soever thou makest show of.
