18 And knowest his will, and approvest the things that are more excellent, being instructed out of the law;



Ver. 18. Being instructed out of the law] Gr. êáôç÷ïõìåíïò , Being well catechised and principled, thou art able to discern the doctrines, and choose the best. Luther somewhere professeth himself to be discipulum catechismi, a scholar to the catechism; and those that are not well seen in the principles, can make no good progress in religion.
