This Chapter Verse Commentaries:
The congregation, i.e. their children, and servants, and friends, and dependents.
Desolate, i.e. utterly destroyed. Fire, i.e. some eminent and terrible judgment of God, which is oft expressed by fire; as Isa_9:19 26:11.
