MADMANNAH.—A town in the Negeb of Judah (Jos_15:31), named with Hormah and Ziklag. Its place is taken in Jos_19:5 etc., by Beth-marcaboth. No satisfactory identification has been suggested. Conder mentions Umm Demineh N. of Beersheba, but does not think it suitable.
