PALLU.—One of the sons of Reuben (Gen_46:8, Exo_6:14, Num_26:5; Num_26:8, 1Ch_5:8). The patronymic Palluites occurs in Num_26:5. We should probably read Pallu for Peleth in Num_16:1.
