SEE BAG. The speech of Abigail to David (1Sa_25:29) may be thus rendered: “The life of my master is bound up in the bundle of the living by Jehovah,” or written in the book of the living. In Act_28:3, the original word is ðëῆèïò , an armful, literally a
“multitude,” as elsewhere rendered.
